Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items that are sanitary, consumable, or intended for personal use once opened
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with details and photos if applicable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
